Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bitdredge.com and all related engineering services, product documentation, and technical support provided by Bitdredge Hydro-Mechanical Engineering. By accessing this site, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Bitdredge supplies heavy-duty centrifugal dredge pumps, high-torque subsea excavation cutters, and proportional hydraulic control valve manifolds for harbor deepening and industrial silt management. All equipment is engineered with tungsten carbide wear-resistant linings to withstand extreme underwater mechanical stress.

  • Product specifications and performance data are provided for reference and may vary with operating conditions.
  • Custom configurations require a signed engineering agreement before production begins.
  • Field support is available for commissioning and troubleshooting of hydraulic control systems.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Bitdredge products and site content only for lawful purposes related to dredging, excavation, and slurry transport. Misuse of technical data or equipment outside rated parameters voids all warranties.

  • Operators must follow all safety guidelines provided in the product manual.
  • Do not modify hydraulic valve manifolds without prior written approval from Bitdredge engineering.
  • Report any performance anomalies to our support team within 14 days of discovery.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Bitdredge.com, including product descriptions, technical drawings, and brand assets, is the property of Bitdredge Hydro-Mechanical Engineering. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

  • Tungsten carbide lining technology and proportional manifold designs are protected by pending patents.
  • You may not reverse-engineer any equipment or software provided by Bitdredge.
  • Licensed use of documentation is granted solely for internal operational training.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bitdredge shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or operation beyond the specified pressure and flow limits of our dredge pumps and cutters.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
  • Force majeure events including underwater debris impact or extreme sediment conditions are excluded.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident.
